Funbytes Foods is manufacturing of food specialties in order to maintain funbytes standards so all frozen products, Milk shakes premixes, gravies, Special dressings, Packaging material, Menu cards, Uniforms have to be procured from company at very reasonable prices.

Highly Perishable Items like Buns, Milk products, Lettuce, tomatoes, Onions, Carrot, Capsicum and other fresh vegetables will be sourced from local vendors.

Company will provide design Layout of outlet, Colour schemes, brand name of furniture, assistance in procurement in case the development part will be taken by franchise itself. In case of Turnkey project, company will take care of the whole project and work on completing within the timelines.

• Company will not provide trained staff; staff training will be done by us and franchisee has to hire local staff.
• We will provide them training for 10-15 days. During the training period, food and accommodation is free.
• Usually Staff Salary varies between ₹12-15k as per experience.
• During store opening, company representatives will be present for 3-5 days. Lodging and food expenses will be borne by franchise.

Under express model Royalty is fixed i.e 20,000/- per month

Under casual dine/lounge Royalty will 6% on Gross Sales before taxes

As per normal practice in Food business, Profit margin forms part of Cost of products charged. We are working with 40% food cost in case of casual dine/lounge and 50% in case of food kiosk and express. To clarify this in simple way, If you make a sale of ₹100, wherein ₹40 will be food production cost and remaining ₹60 will be Gross Profit.

Operating expenses like Rent, electricity, staff salaries will be deducted from Gross profits, ideally ranging between ₹25 to ₹30 Remaining ₹30 to ₹35 will be considered as Net profit.

If all associate factors work as expected, your initial investment could be recovered within a period of 9 to 15 months based on turnover of the store.

Steps towards franchise:

• Our team will contact the franchisee for further procedure.
• In case the location is approved by our team then complete module would be explained
• MOU will be signed between franchisee and franchisor and ₹1 lac from franchise fees will be charged
• After this our team will start working on Layout measurements and vendor selection
• Within a week, remaining franchise fees and kitchen equipment amount will be charged and rest of the amount will be taken in case of turnkey  project otherwise franchise directly pays to the vendor.
• Staff will be hired by franchise 15 days prior to opening of funbytes and send to our, flagship stores.
• Franchise Agreement will be done and signed by both Franchise and franchisor 10 days before the opening of store.
• Final inspection will be done and outlet will be opened
